Yangon Golden River Investment, our company, was originally founded in 2019. Our company, YGRI, focuses in real estate ventures , solar energy ,as well as fuel oil production and distribution.

In term of solar energy projects, we want to develop better renewable energy projects so that they can eventually serve as a new source of power for the people of Myanmar.

Our main areas of interest are planning, designing, constructing, and managing solar projects across the entire country. The development of more markets all over the world is our next goal.

The mission of YGRI is to obtain solar panels at a reasonable cost. In the future, rural places might receive electricity from our solar panels.

Upcoming threats from heavy electricity use could arise. These sorts of threats could be avoided by using our solar panels.

We, Yangon Golden River Investment Company Limited, have intended to perform collaborative large projects as joint venture.

Under the Myanmar Companies Act 1914, Yangon Golden River Investment Company Limited was established on December 1st, 2017 as a Private Company Limited by Shares with Shareholdings.

The registered address is Plot No. 78, Ma Khwar Nyo Apartment, Survey Block No.8, Thaketa Township, Yangon Region, Myanmar.
Yangon Golden River Investment Company Limited obtained a permit from the Myanmar Investment Commission on January 30, 2018, in accordance with Section 25, subsection (c), of the Investment Law of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

It is an organization that conducts investments in real estate, including condominiums, offices, and commercial buildings, as well as offering investment alternatives.

Buildings for commercial and residential use are constructed, sold, leased, and managed by Yangon Golden River Investment Company Limited.
