Fuel Oil

We plan to import 50 percent refined fuels (semi-finished oil) and blending component oils (additive oils).

We aim to manufacture and distribute low-cost, high-quality fuels (gasoline with 92 and 95 RON, high-speed diesel, premium diesel, and aviation jet fuel) using modern Chinese technology, the Online Optimized Blending Control System.

Production Plan

THE PLANT is designed to produce Octane/Ron/Aviation Fuel/Diesel in below total capacity

1. 500,000 MT in total at the first year end from the day of commercial operation;
2. 1,000,000 MT in total at the second year end from the day of commercial operation;
3. 2,000,000 MT in total at the third year end from the day of commercial operation;
